Purpose: |
The Latitude Community Appearance Coordinator collaborates with construction managers, the builders warranty department, landscape installers, landscape maintenance managers and irrigation managers to ensure that all new homes and common area landscape tracts are transitioned to the Homeowners Association in acceptable condition. Post transition to the Homeowners Association, the Community Appearance Coordinator will work with the community landscape maintenance partner to ensure that all landscape services are maintained to the highest standard. The Community Appearance Coordinator will work closely with the Community Association Manager to ensure compliance with the use restrictions included in the Homeowner Associations governing documents are adhered to. |
