The Title Company Liaison-s/AR Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to, creating and insuring resale certificates are charged per the association documents and FirstService fee structure, completing questionnaires, uploading new community phases into the system and invoicing for the resales corporate accounts for all Texas markets. This position maintains a relationship with the accounting staff, title companies and property managers to ensure functional accuracy. The role will also be responsible for processing all change of ownerships and charging residents per association guidelines.
High school diploma or equivalency. Preference will be given to applicants with 2 to 3 years- experience in an office environment performing similar functions or tasks. Experience in Property Management industry a plus.
This position requires excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. The ability to prioritize workload and a sense of urgency is a must. Excellent math and communication skills required. Individual must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Position requires both flexibility and the ability to work on multiple tasks. Candidate must possess strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Compensation: $21 - $22 / hour
